Compressing a file

1. Select ``Compress...'' from the ``File'' menu.

2. Enter the name(s) of the files to be compressed into the field ``Filename'' or use the file selection manager. Wildcards are possible.

3. See that the button in the field ``Compress options'' is not selected. If needed, deselect it.

4. Click at ; compress will be started.
